hanger, kitchen towels, bath towels, wash cloths, bath matt, outdoor grill & utensils, patio furniture, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV, Direct TV system, dresser and mirror, queen sized bed, futon
(in Platoon cottages only), broom and dust pan, hand soap, paper towel holder, etc. Customers provide their own toiletries.
A housekeeping staff member will clean your cottage when you check out or no less than once a week if you're staying week to week.
Every cottage has a queen size bed, but each Platoon Cottage also comes with a futon. Our fully furnished cottages are like cozy little houses. They come w/ free utilities, DirectTV w/ Showtime & HBO,
a full bath, full kitchen (w/ all major appliances, cookware, & serving ware), and access to other free amenities in the park.
Each Scout & Trooper Cottage is allowed 2 people and 2 parking spaces. Each Platoon is allowed 4 people and 2 parking spaces. Each additional person or parking will cost $2/day or $10/wk. No pets
allowed. No smoking inside the cottages. There is a $25 deposit per set of key & gate card. Please review the Cottage Rental Agreement.
