Each climate-controlled storage unit measures 10’Lx10’Wx12’H. Storage & parking spots are for current or recent
resort tenants only. Parking spaces are uncovered with no hook-ups. Vehicles over 20’ in length, as well as multiple
vehicles parking in tandem must pay the Longer Vehicles rate. Tandem parking may NOT exceed 42 feet, block
roadways, and/or have more than 2 vehicles/ boats/ trailers/ etc. in a space. See Storage & Parking Agreement.

$50.00 Deposit may be required for climate-controlled storage and storage parking sites.
