Daily and weekly customers are asked to make reservations at least 48 hours in advance. For last-minute reservations, please call our office. No reservation is guaranteed without a credit card number and we can only guarantee a non-specific spot. Please refer to our renters policy for information about hold deposits and cancellations. |
Customers can always make a reservation without putting down any
deposits, but the reservation may not be guaranteed. A credit card
number is required to guarantee a non-specific site. We typically accept
hold deposits no earlier than one month prior for spa and corner RV
sites and cottages. We can only guarantee you'll get a spot, not any
particular spot. Although you may be assigned a specific site when you
make your reservation, you may be bumped to another nearby spot at the
time of check-in depending on availability. All other Standard and River
View RV sites are rented out on a first come first served basis. Deposits
to hold a spot are as follow:
RV Site (Daily) = 20% of your total rent
RV Site (Weekly) = $50
RV Site (Monthly) = $79
Cabin (Daily) = $50
Cabin (Weekly) =$79
Clubhouse = $50 to $100
** You are entitled to a FULL REFUND minus a $10 processing fee if you
cancel your guaranteed reservation at least 7 days BEFORE your
scheduled check-in date. Cancellations AFTER this 7 day mark will result
in forfeiture of your “hold deposit” PLUS a $10 processing fee. Once a
hold deposit has been made, you may change the date of your original
reservation one time only, but that change must be made at least a week
before your scheduled check-in date and within a year of your original
reservation date. If you fail to show up on your reservation date you will
lose your deposit and any payments you’ve already made. For monthly RV
customers, your hold deposit will go towards your power deposit when you
move in. All other hold deposits will be applied/ credited to your balance
at time of check-in.
